Arbors of Boerne Apartments

I’ve lived here for about 6 years. I know there’s an old review about people can’t visit but it’s not true. Boerne is a bit tourist-y and my sisters come and visit often. My granddaughter stays with me as often as I can have her, so, I’m not sure what the problem was. Patty and Mica and the maintenance team react quickly. My daughter and I rented in Austin and San Antonio and it took weeks to get an apartment issue resolved. Here, it’s usually within a couple of days. Amazing! The area is nice with trails nearby. Mary’s tacos a few blocks away doesn’t hurt. Older apartments but you can decorate like you want

Had to leave due to a violent individual in apt 230 building 7. Reported him plenty of times and management did nothing about it. Wasted months worth of money until my lease ended getting harassed by a freak on a daily basis.

The maintenance man (DYLAN) was very helpful, efficient, and explained everything in a way I could understand. He is definitely an asset to this team!

UPDATE: I lived here for almost 10 yrs and have seen people come and go. The price is literally the cheapest you will ever find in Boerne. The maintenance and office staff are awesome. I only left this place to be closer to friends and family. You should definitely call this place home. The pool is kept up and the grounds are nice. The wildlife is a perk. Just watch out for the deer. The schools are great too. If you are an avid walker/runner/cyclist, check out the Old #9 Trail or the Conservation center. I arrived here alone and not knowing what to expect of Texas. Immediately I felt welcomed. Almost five years later I still feel welcomed. Without my first friend here in Texas, Patty, I don't believe I would have been able to find comfort, acceptance and love in an apartment community. I am grateful for my awesome place and my loving landlords. Neighbors have come and gone, yet the good ones stick around. Having been apartment living for a lot of years, I will forever say this is the only place to call home. Thank you .
