Arbors of Anderson Cincinnati Apartments

Unfortunately, I’m going to be one of the negative reviews. My fiancé and I moved into our 2 bed 1 bath unit in April 2025. So far, we have dealt with: - Mice who found their way in through holes left in the wall from a repaired corroded pipe, which also left our carpet soaked. - A huge mess left in our bathroom from said repair. Dust and debris in our bathtub, broken bathroom tiles left on the floor from when the maintenance man cut a hole in our bathroom wall to get to said pipe. This entire repair process/cleanup took WEEKS, and that is after continuously following up with management. - What sounds like an entire colony of squirrels living in the walls and ceiling which terrifies my dog and wakes up my baby (this has been brought to the attention of management with no solution as of ye

I’ve been here over a year now and in my 46 years of living this has been the best place I’ve ever lived. It’s a very laid back and super quiet apartment complex. I had an issue with my dishwasher and they immediately took care of the problem. Amy who is in charge is incredible. She is super super super friendly and her office door is always open for anything you may need or want. I have a two bedroom apartment and it feels like a 3 bedroom with the vaulted ceilings and spacious rooms. The ladies and gentleman who work up front are also very friendly and helpful if needed. Love love love Arbor's of Anderson, Amy, and staff…….Keep up the awesome work y’all!!

Six Wonderful Years at Arbors of Anderson! After six incredible years we can confidently say this is more than just an apartment – it's a fantastic place to call home. From the moment my husband and I moved in, we were impressed by the well-maintained grounds and the sheer number of amenities that truly enhance the living experience. One of the standout features for us has always been the private fenced yard. This has been an absolute game-changer, offering a secure and enjoyable outdoor space for sitting and relaxing. It's a rare and highly valued amenity that sets Arbors of Anderson apart. Beyond our personal space, the community boasts a wealth of fantastic amenities. My Fiance and I just resigned our third year at arbors. Chad has been phenomenal as a rep for arbors. We have dealt with him the whole time and I always feel comfortable inviting him into our home. My favorite part about living here is they do walk throughs of the apartments before resigning leases. This ensures that everyone is keeping their places up to arbors standards. As someone who has had bugs due to neighbors, this is a very important thing to do. Thank you to the staff for all you do to keep the property and the people up to a standard that makes us proud as residents. Also shout out to the maintenance man who has been here since our day one. Great team!

Arbors of Anderson is a great place to live. The staff is very friendly and pleasant. They have gone above and beyond for me addressing all my requests and/or issues quickly. Any maintenance issue has been resolved timely. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a well maintained and convenient place to live in Anderson. Debbie
