Extremely disappointing experience! My sister toured, applied and paid a $500 deposit for a second floor apartment with a balcony off the ground. She was called and told that her unit was ready, but when she arrived to the leasing office, she had to sign her lease before inspecting the unit. When she was shown the unit, It’s a clear bait-and-switch. It was not a second floor unit. It was a first floor unit with a balcony on the ground and it was not move-in ready! Maintenance was still inside trying to fix last-minute issues. The front door had blue masking tape with the unit number written in marker, the kitchen sink was cracked, cabinet doors was off the hinge, and the patio screen had a large hole. THERE IS NOTHING Luxury about this apartment complex . Don’t let the photos fool you nothing like the pictures. Just moved in and already want to move out. For what I pay for rent very thing should be in working order. No water pressure, not for sure if the heating unit is working. Knob in master bathroom is falling off. Can’t even turn the shower on. They seem very slow to get anything fixed. The good thing is, everybody seems to stay to their self, but we do have one neighbor who likes to let his dog crap on the sidewalk. Do not rent an apartment from this place I stay here for a year six months out of the year. I had no AC stay here for a year six months out of the year I had no AC and when I contact them, the maintenance man came. He did not fix my AC and a year later. I’m still waiting on a refund because they overcharged me a rent and they owe me a deposited the new management that now in office she keeps lying saying that it has been refunded every time I call t. It’s always something about corporate. Don’t want to pay me my refund back because the refund is too high, they owe me over $2000 because I was over charging rent and they owe my deposit back. Rent is too high for things to be broken…heat/ac barely works, front door looks like it was kicked in once already, haven’t seen a gym yet. Everyday I wake up I hate this apartment complex even more. Dirty neighbors make keeping your apartment safe if you know what I mean. They just need to close and rebuild!

I have never experienced such a challenging place to deal with. The property management company edifies why this apartment complex is as poorly ran as it is. The lack of communication is beyond frustrating and to have ever spent a dime living here will be one of my deepest regrets. The employee seems to have no knowledge in working in property management. There is never any urgency in addressing pressing issues. Franklin Group Company doesn't set any sort of standard for the properties they manage. This complex along with the company and employees are the definition of bad business practice. The poor reviews you see don't do justice for how poorly ran this property is. Do yourself a favor and stay away from here. This property is not ran the way it is for no reason. There is no accountabil
