Arbors at Cary

Tianee has been one of the best parts of living here. She has supported me, answered calls and emails quickly, and been helpful with my questions the whole way through. I chose to live here because of the location (Cary), price (cheap for the area) and the size of the apartment (love my big bedroom). I lived in a 2 bedroom on the 3rd floor. We never had roaches or mice, and everything worked. My neighbors were chill, and I felt safe there with my 7 year old daughter. I know this place gets a bad rep., but it was a good place for me to live. I gave it a chance, and I’m glad I did.

I love the new management team, they are better than the last 4 we had, which included money order thieves. Wish the prices for apartments did not increase the way they did. I went from a 3 bedroom at $904 to a 2 bedroom with a den for $1560. As a tenant who has been here since 2019 I feel my stay is no longer welcomed and plan to relocate because it went from affordable to not. Understanding I was winning at $904 and expected an increase but now a 3 bedroom is $1700 so I took what I could afford as a single parent not on government assistance, a 2 bedroom with a den for $1560. Would recommend this complex for those with more than 1 income or a really nice income and be prepared for rental increases at double the rates. A financial nightmare if you ask me. In the beginning everything was good. Great management as well as work orders being completed in a timely manner. Neighbors upstairs don't care about making noise in the early morning hours nor late night. Beer cans/bottles laying everywhere. Rules aren't really enforced but if they are only to certain tenants. Clearly states that we aren't allowed to have grills out here, but you see numerous people out here with grills. Kids playground could be upgraded. Trash surrounding the garbage cans. Dog poop everywhere. Dogs not on leashes as they should be.

Leasing staff is amazing and attentive, special shout out to Tianee who helped tremendously and answered all questions! The grounds are cleaned up and inside of units are renovated nicely! Great price for the area.

These were okay cheap apartments under previous management. Not high life living or perfect, but what you would expect from okay cheap apartments. Roaches, but not bad, thin walls, crappy parking. With the change to their current management they have begun nickle and dime the residents. Large Rent increases, lack of notice on upcoming changes, and far too short notice on the completion of my lease. These apartments require a 60 day notice on a move out, and we received notice of the expiration of our lease in that same time, leaving us no time to consider our options. The staff have been pleasant save the woman I believe is the manager, who has been rude to her employees.
