Arboretum Place Apartments

Lived there for 5 years never complained about none of the issues i had but they wanted me to move out because Hud wouldn’t pay them $1800 for the raggedy apartment, I’m glad God stepped in and moved me to something better. We had mold over and over and they kept saying we didn’t, had termites all over the living room floor, they just patched up the holes. Water leaks from upstairs made big holes in my ceiling, toilet over flows that messed up my carpet over and over. They never replaced the carpet no matter how much I asked. Yes i went through all this because it’s hard to move with limited resources. Everyone can’t just afford to get up and move on a limited income. Shaniyah Was AMAZING she help me with the application process and followed up with phone calls to help me with a move in date that worked with my schedule she is very attentive and dedicated, with great customer service !! During my visit, I found the apartment complex to be quiet, clean, and well maintained. The atmosphere felt calm and welcoming, and the common areas were spotless. The staff were very pleasant, professional, and helpful, taking the time to answer questions and provide information. Overall, it made a great first impression and seemed like a well-run community.

Nice, beautiful and spacious apartment community. My brother lived out here. I loved his apt more than my house. Kid friendly n quiet. Management is awesome especially the new assistant manager.
