I have lived at this property for the almost three years, and I want to take a moment to recognize Rachel, the Assistant Property Manager, for her outstanding work. Rachel has been absolutely amazing throughout my time here. From reapplying by email to handling questions and requests, she has always been helpful and responsive. She always goes above and beyond to facilitate and truly makes residents feel supported and cared for. I would highly recommend this property, if Rachel is around. If she is around, you really don’t have to worry about anything—she takes great care of residents, and I can confidently say that from personal experience.

I originally moved in two years ago into an A3 one bedroom. This was a cool layout, but I eventually needed a second bedroom so recently transferred to a two bedroom. The transfer experience went really smooth. Both apartments were in fantastic condition. No complaints. The maintenance staff definitely knows how to deliver a ready to live in apartment. I love that the grounds are well kept and I see maintenance working whenever I’m outside during the day. The staff are super easy to work with. I would DEFINITELY recommend living here.

Terrible experience living here. The apartment was full of bugs for 9 months despite repeated pest control requests. We later found holes in the walls where they were coming from, but management never fixed them. Staff were rude and often unhelpful, and we even experienced racism. Also police came here many times due to fights. I do not recommend living here.

ANOTHER UPDATE 7/29/2025 - tried to give this place another chance but should’ve went with our gut and left when the lease was up. MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE TEAM SUCKS. Our ceiling started leaking again. UPDATE SINCE LIVING HERE FOR ALMOST A YEAR!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!! We have had ceiling problems since December and it’s yet to be fixed. LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS AND DONT MOVE HERE!!! Me and my family just moved here & we can’t WAIT to move out. There’s a lot to say about these apartments. The most irritating thing that you will have to deal with if you move here is that nobody answers the leasing office phone or the phone goes straight to voicemail; therefore, you have to KEEP going to the leasing office just to talk to someone. You put in work orders and it takes forever for someone to come
