Arbor Ridge Apartments

I love this apartment complex. I’ve been here since May 25’ this being my first ever apartment, we toured and immediately chose to stay here. The ladies in the office are so helpful, lenient, & understanding. The maintenance team is very quick and also very helpful. The ONLY downside is how small the space is/can get after being here for a while especially with a growing family. Besides that 10/10, would definitely recommend if you want a nice friendly (quiet ) environment!

Moving in a few months, visited Arbor Ridge today, and met Ms. Tina. Absolutely wonderful experience. Exceptionally kind and knowledgeable. Lot of apartment options in Greensboro, but the professionalism and courtesy shown to me this day has guaranteed I'll be living there when the time comes. Even if you ultimately decide to live elsewhere I would highly recommend you check this place out. Doubt you will regret it.

Money Hungry!!!! Was charged $185 for an application and administrative fee which was supposed to be returned after denial but I have not seen that money yet. They did not inform me that my guarantor had a deadline to fill out his portion of the application and when I asked about my application status they said It was canceled and I would have to pay another $185 just to apply. Please refund the full amount to me ASAP!!

I was a resident of Arbor Ridge from April 18th until June 3rd. My first night there, I was greeted with a noisy neighbor and their two dogs barking all through the night and into the morning. I consistently complained about the issue and spoke to the neighbor about their dogs. I asked the on-site property manager Melissa if I could transfer. She wouldn’t let me transfer for noise and suggested I call the cops next time it happens. After being instructed by the cops t they can’t do anything about the dogs barking, I was allowed to move. When I got to the next apartment, I was not only greeted by a gnat infested room, there was leaks, a water damaged bathroom and MOLD. When I brought this to their attention, it took them another day to address the leak and didn’t bother talking about the m

I love this apartment complex and I love living here. from maintenance, to the people working in the office, the pond and pool. i truly appreciate how understanding, warm, and welcoming everyone always is. I recommend this apartment to anyone who needs one. Thank you guys for being so great, and a special thank you to Claybrielle, the assistant manager . She is kind, understanding, and took the time out to help me figure out what i needed to. :)
