Arbor Oaks Apartments

Shela and Laura is nice folks but I still “lost” my deposit money and apparently I’m the one at fault even tho they gave me 3 different move in date . A month 1/2 later they called me saying my apartment was ready after I had called off 3 different time just to “move in” and it wasn’t even ready and they “forgot” to let me know each time it was time to move in. As soon we found a place a month 1/2 later almost 2 month . I got a call from About Oaks were good to move in and they got upset with us because we already found a place. Not to mention we drove past that “ready” apartment and the whole window blinds was broken off. I use to work maintenance at the biggest renew apartment and it shouldn’t take that long to repair nor did they kept us updated. So much money was lost from taking off w

I have lived here for 5 years now. I have found it to be safe & peaceful. The apartments are pretty good size, and I rarely if ever see any bugs. Maintenance is usually pretty good about getting things done in a timely manner. I love the office staff, maintenance and the bug guys. Everyone is pleasant and friendly. I love the office manager here. She keeps things safe and drama free, and she's always been good to me. When I moved here it wasn't meant to be a permanent move, but this has become the place I call home!

I have always found Arbor Oaks Apartments an Affordable place to live. I did always feel safe living there. I really enjoy the nice floor plan they have too on their 2/3 Bedroom apartments. I did live there for 5 1/2 years my first time. The Management staff is Amazing Great Nice People who care about their Tenants. Maintenance Staff always took care of issues when arose Promptly. The Apartments are always nice looking especially the landscaping that speaks volumes.

Just be aware of apartment 710. We had to get rid of everything we owned & move out immediately with our 2 small children while pregnant due to bed bug infestation and on top of that the least we’d expect was a LITTLE grace but instead it got reported to my credit.
