Arbor Landing @ Lake Jackson

I enjoyed every second of living here. The maintenance and leasing staff are all incredible. I would highly recommend and would move back. The parking can be a bit frustrating because there are no assigned parking spaces but that was a 3/10 issue. I loved my time here

We love this apartment complex. My husband and I move from across the country, sight unseen, into these apartments. Moving anywhere sight unseen is always super sketchy, but this place exceeded all our expectations. Management is SO kind and very helpful. The grounds are well kept and clean. The pool area is especially clean and relaxing. The apartments are fantastic. They are very pet friendly by having a fenced in bark park and dog waste stations all over. This is a gated community and it's a great place to live.

Maintenance has entered the home without prior notification, despite a request to be informed beforehand. In addition, certain staff members have displayed unprofessional attitudes, which has made the overall experience uncomfortable.

I have lived in Arbor Landing‘s for going on three years and the lady upstairs has a new boyfriend that comes in and stays occasionally and he keeps his music up loud during the day and I’m semi-retired. I’ve called Ashley at the front desk. Unfortunately, there’s nothing she can do because it’s not “quiet hours”, but yet I have to sit and listen to the beat of music all day long, so it depends on who you are. I live alone. I don’t even have any animals. So the only thing I know to do is leave during the day, or go sit in my car.

I called for information and Ms Ashley was so courteous and knowledgeable about the concerns I had. I really appreciate it, Great Job!!
