Arbor Green Apartments

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. The manager, Christina Oliver, is incredibly rude and unprofessional. From the moment I walked in, she had a nasty attitude like I was inconveniencing her just by asking for an application. On top of that, the whole apartment complex smells like weed definitely not a place I would feel comfortable living. What’s even worse is that Christina had other people’s personal information sitting out on her desk, fully visible to anyone who walked in. No attempt to protect privacy or handle documents properly just complete disregard for tenants and applicants alike. Between the attitude, the smell, and the total lack of professionalism, I would never recommend this place to anyone. Stay away!

The apartments are very nice. I stopped by to speak with some one about an application. I spoke with a women by the name of Christine Oliver. I do belive she was the manager. I asked her two questions and she was very rude to me for no reason. And the way she acted made me change my mind on living in thoses apartments. I would not want to deal with her on a month to month basis. They need someone with good customer service because she's not good. I give her a thumbs 👎🏾 please find someone else to take her place..

I went to try to do and application for an apartment and the manager was so rude. she was talking to someone on the phone while I was sitting there waiting, so disrespectful. On top of that she had the room and herself smelling like weed. She then told me that she has a long waiting list and people don't move out so she don't think I should application, And she didn't give me the application. I have never been to a place where I was so disrespected by an employee but the killer part was she was the manager. SMH I will never recommend this place to anyone.

I’m very disappointed when I visited my friend at The Arbor Green.The property was very dirty and trashy. Christina Oliver was in the office. She came out demanding to know who I was. She was very rude and disrespectful. I don't recommend anyone live at this property. It is very unkept and noisy. The property has trash everywhere.

Went to check out the location before submitting an application and was sad to find the property a complete mess!!!! Trash was everywhere in the bin area and stairs and it looked low income and run down. There was loud music and people arguing. I don’t feel safe or comfortable raising a family in this mess. Needs better management to clean up the place and the people.
