Arbor East Apartments

I lived here for a year and a half. I didn't have any major concerns while living here. We had a few maintenance issues in the townhouse, such as a water leak from the bathrooms upstairs that kept occurring and the glass sliding door in the living room. These were carelessly taken care of, but it patched the issue for the moment. I also had a problem with the swimming pool once; I got a really bad ear infection from swimming there. The neighbors... well let's just say there are some interesting characters out there. What really pushed me to write this review was that they did not return our full deposit. We spent a whole day cleaning the home and left it immaculate, yet they found very specific things to be able to deduct from our deposit. They also charged us a professional cleaning fee f

I have had maintenance come out regarding this issue three times now. This next trip will be number four. Since I got a new dishwasher the rest of the system has gotten weak. I didn’t have this issue when the old appliances were in my unit. If the right size pipe is the problem. Please get this as soon as possible. I shouldnt have to do this service calls.

The apartment complex from the moment I drove into was dirty. Every apartment building need to be press washed. It look as the apartment ground has never been cleaned. The moment I drove it made want go home and take a shower.
