Arbor Crossing at Buck Lake

I’ve had a wonderful experience living here from the very first day my family and I moved in and our interaction with the front office. The community truly goes above and beyond to make residents feel welcome. They host plenty of fun events that bring everyone together, and the entire property is always clean and well maintained. The amenities overall are fantastic, but what really stands out is the communication. The front office team responds quickly to any concerns or maintenance requests, keeps residents updated, and is consistently friendly and helpful. The front office staff makes every interaction easy and pleasant. Moving here from out of state was a big transition for us, and this has truly been the perfect place to land.

We moved in yesterday! Obviously this property is in a prime location with Walmart, Costco, Dollar Tree and the Cinemas a stone’s throw away! The unit I moved into is fabulous and very neat at move in. What impressed me and my wife more than the all of the above is their management team of Bri, Jadyn and everyone else. They were patient with all the questions we had and knew the answers. They also definitely care a lot about their residents / we were pleasantly surprised to see a Pizza, some pops and lots of goodies when we moved in. Maintenance team is also willing to put up our TVs etc. location and unit is awesome but this management team makes this place awesome-er!

We have thoroughly enjoyed our time with Arbor Crossing! We really haven’t had any issues here and if we did, maintenance resolved it literally the same day. This is a property management team that actually cares about its residents and the community. Everything is extremely clean and well kept up. They also have a very nice gym, pool, dog park, walking trail, self car wash and it’s even close to Costco and the movies! Also, they give residents like gifts/rewards you get to choose from for continuing to renew with them! This is the best apartment I’ve ever stayed at.

So many good things about this apartment complex! Where do I start? Well, let’s start with the all important customer service. I have never seen happier people working at a front office as the leasing office at this complex. Every time I walk into the office, I am greeted warmly and they make you feel like you’re the most important tenant. They even remember my dog’s name. Really? There must be 100s of dogs and cats at this complex. Maintenance responds to service request the same day or even within a few hours! The grounds are really well kept. Improvements are made all the time. The public spaces are clean and tidy. I feel safe living here. My dog enjoys the many dog friendly area in the complex.
