Arbor Crest Apartments

We have lived at Arbor Crest apartments for 3 1/2 years. First year was ok, the last 2 1/2 years have been very challenging. The first issue, which has caused us to have to take a buyout of our lease, at the cost of 3k is that all of a sudden, 2 months after I had signed a new lease, the windows in the common area of the Dogwood building were bolted shut because of 2 residents complaining. The buildings are not smoke free, I was told when I came to look at the apartment that the windows could stay open and there was only smoking in apartments. I assumed this was no big deal, the windows were cracked, only on nice days, summer time, etc. and we purchased 2 air purifiers for our apartment. Well boy I was wrong. Is this illegal, no but it is immoral and arrogant that the Property Manager

Lisa Harris, the Property Manager, is a very special property Manager. She is kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I feel taking care of. My husband and I are very happy. We have no words to Thank her for her kindness! It is not easy to find it these days, specially at our age!

Lived here many years. Great place to live. Centrally located. Affordable rent, more affordable than other 2 bedroom apartments. Many great tenants. Always look out for each other.

Lisa is a nice community manager of ths property. I have lived at this apartment complex for almost 2 yrs. (will be 2 yrs. in June 26) and this is a senior apartment complex! Every winter when we get snow the residents are responsible for shoveling themselves out! I think this is really a shame!! As much money that we as residents pay to rent these apartments (which are not cheap but very expensive) the management should contract out to make sure we as seniors residents don't have to get out and shovel ourselves out of our parking space!!!!!! The elevators are ancient and need a real upgrade!! I don't trust the elevators at all!! I don't ride the elevators at ALL!! I don't want to get stuck on it as a resident has gotten stuck and the alarm in the elevator didn't work!! This apartment comp

I moved into Arbor Crest apartments 7 months ago and have been extremely pleased with everything. My apartment was very clean at move in and the kitchen had just been renovated complete with granite counter tops. I have had a couple of things that needed to be fixed in the past few months and each time the maintenance staff has been courteous and quickly resolved the issues. Recently my refrigerator wasn't keeping things cold enough and they delivered a brand new one for me with minimal fuss. They went above and beyond by cooling the refrigerator down before they installed it so that I didn't have any down time or have any food spoil. This was truly excellent customer service. The manager for the complex, Lisa, always responds quickly whenever I email her and is also extremely polit
