Arbor Cove

We are going on 6 years living in this community , it’s very peaceful I recommend this community they have two, three and four rooms on this houses .you don’t have to worry on fixing anything all you have to do is call Maria she the manager for this community and she will take very good care of you.

Good Afternoon We have lived here for 5 years and it’s a nice place we have a 4 bedroom home it’s peaceful and very well kept the manager Maria is very helpful she is always attentive to our needs . If you are looking for place to call home you should come and visit our community!

We have lived here for almost 2 years. It is a very quiet neighborhood and very peaceful. Rent is very affordable and the homes are very nice. I don’t like all the rules and how management can change rules without an explainable cause. They never give the residents the benefit of the doubt. It was worse out first year, things have calmed down a lot this last year. All in all, it is a nice place to live.

I have 11 years living at Arbor Cove and I never had a problem, other then flooring when rains a lot but that is not an internal problem , that happens any where in The Valley. This community is very clean and the rent is not expensive in other places with only 2 Bedrooms and 1.5 bathroom are more expensive and very uncomfortable. Our house is spacious, and has garage . We have a nice park , a swimming pool and sidewalks to walk. The management and staff work hard to maintain the community clean they have rules to follow and also we have rules to follow to be able to live here. Tanks to this rules we have a very nice comunity.

My family and I have lived at Arbor Cove for over 3 years. We have never had any problems with staff members or anyone else for that matter. Any time I have a concern regarding the apartment, I call Mrs. Christina Ortiz and she is very helpful and answers my questions and is very professional.
