I’ve had a really great experience living here so far. The community is well kept, and anytime I’ve had a question or needed help, the staff has been incredibly kind and responsive. Makenzie, the assistant manager, is especially amazing, she’s always friendly, approachable, and genuinely cares about residents. Maintenance also deserves a huge shoutout. They’re very nice, quick to respond, and always on top of everything, which makes a big difference. It’s reassuring to know that things are handled promptly and professionally. Overall, it’s been a positive and stress-free experience, and I truly appreciate how attentive and helpful the team is.

It’s a very nice complex. The administrator kindly showed everything and told us about the apartments. Emails are always answered the same day. It’s just strange that they have old photos on their website, even though the apartments have been renovated, with new appliances and a new sink in the bathroom.

One thing I really appreciate about this community is how much effort the manager, Vickie, puts in when it comes to concerns like the dumpsters and trash. While the placement of dumpsters and parking issues aren’t something she directly controls, she always does her best to stay on top of the situation. Anytime there’s a concern about overflow or bugs, she’s quick to send updates, reach out to the proper services, and communicate with residents. It’s clear she truly cares about making the community as clean and comfortable as possible, and I’ve noticed how hard she works to find solutions. Having a manager who takes resident concerns seriously and keeps us informed makes all the difference.
