I rented an apartment from the in January of 2024 in Kingsport. Paid the fees for the background checks and first month rent and deposit .. which was around $2,500. Stayed there 3 nights before we realized it was ROACH infested. Called my agent the next morning asking for my money back and she was extremely rude , stating I must’ve brought the roaches with me. Continues to tell me I’m responsible for the full years rent according to the lease. 2 years later , they’ve turned me over to collections for $3,000.00. What a JOKE.

I'm just going to brag a big bit on everyone who has had a hand in getting my home back to living conditions after a water leak that flooded my home. As soon as I came home and found the flood, I called Arbella to let them know. The very next day they had the Air Dry guys out setting up equipment to dry everything out, first floor and basement. These guys have been so nice and helpful during it all. They have worked hard in that 'hot' house and got the job done pronto. E. TN Heating and Cooling have done a wonderful job getting the HVAC system back up and running. To both teams, great job guys. Still a ways to go, but I'm blessed. Had a problem with a water leak coming through ceiling to basement laundry room. Arbella addressed the issue right away, assigning an absolute professional who was able to diagnose and trouble shoot the source immediately. Additionally, knowing this work would require being done in subfreezing temperatures in a non-climate controlled basement, Arbella had a space heater delivered prior to work being done. Hats off to management and assigned contractor. Total pro’s all the way!

Arbella as always performs above and beyond in addressing issues. They have always been quick to addressing any problems I have had, they communicate excellent and go out of their way to correct what issues are presented. They're friendly and treat people with the respect and concern that a person would only hope for. It is no wonder they are as successful as they are. Great company that deals with the whole gambit of real estate, property management and rental service. Highly recommend for your needs. I don't hand out these kind of reviews unless they are well deserved. Jackson performed excellent service in capturing roots and pulling from line. All I got to say is if they give you a hard time which they will, give them a harder one back. They charged us $125 for a trash fee when people here everyday leave trash out. So I reported the people leaving their trash out as well and I know they didn’t get charged because I talked with the neighbors myself and they still continue to put trash out. They will charge you over anything, very petty. Thirsty for money. Be careful if you already live here and don’t move here if you haven’t already leased here.
