Awesome community to live in. We moved in 4 month ago and have been happy every moment since. It is super quiet and no after hours evening noice from neighbors. Many of our neighbors are military and service members. Everyone are nice and respectful to community rules. Location is the best close to all freeways, shopping plaza and beautiful Civita park. Management and maintenance team are super nice and were always helpful when we needed something. Thank you for your hard-work.

Hands down, best place I've ever rented in my 14 years of renting in San Diego. Quick maintenance responses (rare issues to need them), friendly and responsive office staff, perfectly manicured and up-kept landscaping. CLEAN and gorgeous property and amenities. They are ALWAYS improving and providing events and parties to help neighbors form community. In the two years I lived there, they resurfaced the pool, replaced the cabanas, upgraded the gym equipment, added a dog wash station, replaced the turf, and repaved the parking lot. And those are just the upgrades I can remember. They are quick to provide solutions to problems, like security patrol not doing their job. The only flip side with the fact that they provide so much value is that they are not hesitant at all to raise your rent to

We love to call this place home! We moved from a 2 bedroom to a 3 bedroom after our first year here. They made the transfer super simple. The maintenance team is great. They respond quickly to any issue. Any issue I’ve had has been resolved in less then 24 hours. The office staff is always friendly, mindful, welcoming and helpful. The amenities are great! They are maintained well and always available. They really do a great job at hosting community events- From movie nights, Brunches, to acknowledging the moms and dads on Mothers/Father’s Day. The efforts of making this an awesome place to live is noticed and appreciated! I highly recommend Aquatera!

The guide provided a professional tour. The property was beautiful. I would have seriously considered living there had I not experienced the loud and offensive music at the pool. What a turnoff!
