I have lived at AQUA with my wife for four years and this year a new business manager was appointed, and her name is Rhonda Daniels. Whatever issues you may have read about in the prior feedback to this one were resolved within a few months of Rhonda’s arrival. She is smart, efficient and caring about our concerns and needs. Aqua is a wonderful place to live. The maintenance team is great, and when you place a work order it is completed within 24 hours. Happy Holydays, Rhonda, Josh, Abel and Tray! The complaints of people cars getting broke into, property and packages stolen are literally endless for this place. It seems the majority of this could be fixed with working gates but this complex has been putting it off for months and months, while continuing to promise of it being any day when you're signing that lease. Please utilize multiple online sources, aside from Google when doing your research. It's a shame because they are nice affordable places, but your safety is not their priority.

I love Aqua apartments . Amazing fast reliable service, Great customer service skills, it’s more like family here . Maintenance team is amazing. You’re not waiting for days or hours for something to get fixed. They’re always right on top of everything and the same day. Friendly, fast, knowledgeable, reliable maintenance team. From the front office to the maintenance team overall service is amazing and I couldn’t ask for anything better than that.

I lived at Aqua for 2.5 years across 2 15-month leases. The first lease was non-eventful. The rent was expensive, but all rent prices were at the time. The second lease was a nightmare. For the second lease, Aqua wanted to raise my rent by $150 to a total of $2450 of rent/utilities for a 2 bedroom apartment. Meanwhile their website advertised my exact floorplan for $1600. I emailed them this info. They did not respond, but jacked up their online prices by $400 overnight. I reluctantly re-signed. During that second lease, I dealt with a cockroach infestation, spider infestation, silverfish infestation, mold and mildew that rendered both of my bedroom closets unusable for 2 months, water damage, my dryer broke thrice, my fridge broke twice, my ice maker broke 4 times, my A/C broke, the ele

Writing to update my review, still 1 star. We have moved out since August of 2025 and we owed them one month's rent because we gave our move out notice late, that's fine we were able to live with that. We moved out and paid them the +$1000 we owed them only to receive an email today from debt collectors saying we still owe them the money after we already handed to them. When we referred to the fact that we personally handed them the money order back in October of 2025 they said they will need to pull records in order to confirm. How do you lose or misplace a money order for +$1000 that they wanted so badly?
