If you’re looking for mold, insect & rodent infestations, lack of empathy for the general population then rent here! There are 2 whole buildings completely vacant & boarded up due to infestations yet there’s nothing to be done about it. Extreme lack of effort on the management company as well as the property owners. City inspectors are on property almost weekly. No central AC & the office staff control the ac temperature for the buildings, all you have is an on/off dial that may or may not work. Oh & if there’s a problem with the ac in a unit.. oh well tough luck. Laundry rooms are a toilet to the residents & any homeless that wander in

I have lived here for about 3 years. I can say that the new management and staff are all so helpful caring understanding and kind . The maintenance as well. I have no complaints if I did or do they take care of it - they are definitely getting this property together. They are a great team!! 💟 thank you all for making this a safe community as well . Dont play with Miss Suzanne the security,she goes by the rules!! I'm thankful- pleased 😊 Sonia-

The new management is really cleaning up the apartments after so many other failed management's. Sam the property manager is really the sweetest and nicest person he's helped me out when times were hard really appreciate him.

Mr Ford has truly changed these apartments around. Any situation that comes up he handles him self. I believe Aqua bella apartments is on the way up with his leadership and Walker Holder being the property management Company

My apartment was infested with rats. Killed over 50 rats in 2 months! Ceiling fell on top of my daughter cause they refused to fix leak! My apartment had mold in the ac and the apartment smelled like a dead animals!
