Jerry with A-protected Home Inspection’s help me out a lot with finding how much mold I actually had in my house! First, I called him and thought I just had some visible mold in my kitchen but with him going through the house he noticed my a/c return vents had some mold on them as well. After Jerry walked through the house thoroughly, I had more peace of mind, knowing what I had to fix and how. He responded quick to my concerns and ended up coming to my house the next day. I would definitely recommend this company.

If you hire this fool, you will be wasting a good chunk of money like I did. We had our manufactured home inspected due to soft spots and rot on the sub-floor. He spent less than an hour and refused to check beneath the house. I had to crawl under myself and get some sample material for him. Samples were taken and a report was received. No protocol (suggested repairs) was made. $425 down the drain. We hired another inspector, A.I.S. Mold Testing. They spent about 3 hours and inspected all rooms including crawling under the home. We received a detailed 58 page report with a clear idea as to what needs to make this home safe. Hope this helps someone.
