Absolutely horrible. Disappeared on three separate occasions without warning, explanation, or follow up. Closing date got delayed because of this and made my wife and I extremely uncomfortable when buying our home. Compound this bizarre behavior with poor to non existent explanations of financial questions and you easily have one of the most unprofessional experiences I have ever experienced in my life. Avoid at all costs, there are many talented people in this industry who will not turn into a literal ghost when you need them the most.

If I could give zero stars I would. This company is so incompetent they moved our closing THREE TIMES because they couldn’t get their paperwork together. On top of that they appraised our house insanely low (which I’m still trying to figure out how it was legal because every single broker and real estate site and even our county taxes said it was worth more) and we LOST MONEY. Both my realtor and my buyer’s realtor said they would never work with a client that used this lending company ever again. My closing attorney said they were constantly waiting on this lender to get their act together and send the paperwork. DO NOT USE THIS LENDER!
