Kathy took time to talk with me about my situation & needs upfront. She conducted her inspection, prepared the report & got it to me much quicker than I expected. Her report was extremely detailed but easy to understand. I would highly recommend Kathy & will use her service again in the future.

I contacted Appraisals of Southwest Florida regarding an appraisal in connection with a potential sale of property I own. The reason I contacted them is because they are accredited appraisers and have experience providing testimony in court. That type of experience demonstrates an extremely high level of professional expertise. I am a first time homeowner with lots of questions about my property taxes and she was willing to spend a decent amount of time on the phone with me even though I haven’t hired her YET.
