Unless you like to be stalked and harassed the whole time you live here, move somewhere else. First off when I moved in here they let me know that a “disgruntled “ employee left my apartment in a disarray. I was made to feel like I didn’t have a choice to switch apartments and she stood there while I was filling out the initial like apartment inspection sheet. I’ve never heard of that. I’ve always had 3 days to do it. I believe that’s because of how bad she knew the apartment was. A month after I moved in, they wrongfully towed my visitors vehicle and we had to pay out of pocket to get it out. And all they have done since is harass us via email. But when I have responded with a solution to their issue it’s been crickets. And clearly they have the time of day to stalk so they have time to r

Apartment hunting-wont view these because I’m being traumatized by another rental company. Looking to move in two months. Thank you to those leaving reviews to warn me. Make it right with those people so you can gain future residents respect.

Was supposed to move in today October 10, 2025 and upon arrival the place was a disaster! If I could give it a 0 I would. I’m not typically the type to complain about certain things but there’s cracks from ceiling to floor, toilet not mounted to the ground, water damage, paint chips in the shower drain, food crumbs in cabinets and the list goes on and on. Worst part of it all is it looks like the building has foundation issues considering there’s cracks all throughout the apartment from floor to ceiling. Big time safety concerns. To consider this move in ready is diabolical and sad. Here’s pictures of proof. Carpet was diagusting as well as pictured just from the living room

This has been the most frustrating apartment experience I’ve ever had. We moved in on 10/10/25 and the unit was not livable — the toilet didn’t work, the bathroom door wouldn’t shut, and the vents and windows were filthy. Maintenance came out several times and still couldn’t fix the toilet correctly. Even after replacing it, it was installed wrong. We asked for a licensed plumber due to their inexperience, but that never happened. Management refuses to compensate us for the poor conditions, and now we’re being charged a $125 late fee because their rent payment app didn’t work. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. We’re not the only ones dealing with this — other tenants have also reported similar issues and even mentioned seeking legal help because of the poor management and lack of

It's awful. My apartment has been flooded 5 times over the last couple years. I get it, it happens right? But the apartment complex has done absolutely NOTHING about it. Haven't helped me clean/replace my stuff, I have to wait 24 hours for a water removing crew to come in, they do not fix water damage they just let it rot (and then come back later to paint over the rot instead of actually fixing it), they have not offered to move me to another apartment that does not flood, they have done nothing about the area of land where it is flooding to prevent it in the future, they have literally done nothing. I've tried to basically sand bag my house to prevent flooding during a big storm, but 80% of the water that floods my apt is coming in through my neighbors walls. So there is nothing I can do
