They have the most friendly and welcoming staff ms. Alexia always listens to my concerns and I never need to put requests in because the groundsman is always ahead of everything I've been there for years and I have no problem or complaints P building.

If i could give this place a -100 I would, my grandparents have live here for the course of 20 years and still charging them for full rent. It’s really a disgrace of customer service. This been going on for two months these large holes have not been fix. I would never recommend for anyone to live here. We have contact the rent office regarding to this matter and told us only my grandparents can speak with them. To remind you they are elderly, and are easily targets of being look over and not done right.It’s a shame how people are treated here.

Alexia and Alicia are great they stay on top of things. They send maintenance ASAP when you have anything wrong/not working. They are very helpful and knowledgeable with any information they have or you may need. Some of the better property managers I've seen in a long time. If you like a helpful leasing office rep this is perfect for you.

I more professional than the office person I spoke with. I applied last week and really need a place. The lady in the office is extremely rude and not helpful at all! First she left me on hold for a long time and I didn’t say anything or complain because I understand she might have been busy and she never apologized. The website says a move in special and I was charged. I need to add a person to the application and she can’t help add it. I completely understand. I will have to update it when I have an extra $50. I already paid $200 in fees just to apply. I am so discouraged from speaking with her. In a housing crisis and my previous place roof fell in & the place became uninhabitable. Applied never got a phone call in regards to my application. Took 1 month after paying a $200 fee for services just for them to tell me it’s still processing. I cancelled my application and still 4 months later I’ve yet to receive my money. Asked for cooperates number I was told they communicate via email I asked for the email address and she gave me the properties email instead of cooperates. She got an attitude because after four months of being patient I want answers. I’m sorry.
