I have been trying to contact these apartments since July of 2024 and I’ve maybe received 2 reply’s. None of which were helpful at all. Would love to at least receive more information or be updated on situations when I am emailing. Anything would be great to at least know they read my emails.

Every time I try to call for a tour or information they never answer the phones or don’t return any calls when it says they are open.

I absolutely love this place! Office Staff is kind and helpful. We have a Swimming Pool, Community Garden, Workout Center, Playground for those with with younger children. Washer and Dryer's in our Unit. It's a great neighborhood to walk yourself or your pet. YES! Pet Friendly Community. Spacious Units with easy to clean appliances. The paint is amazing! I'm able to wipe off no problem! It's a great place to call Home

They are never available to answer your calls, and never return your calls! What a pity as I’m sure you are listening to all the messages, look at the missed calls. You know whose call to return and who to ignore. Is that how you want to represent your community!

I have not lived there, but I was trying to. I submitted my information on their website to receive more information from them, they never got back to me. When I called to inquire, the lady on the phone was rude, said I had just missed an apartment by 10 mins. When I asked if anything would be available soon, she told me I needed to call back everyday to ask.
