Apple Villa

This is an awesome place to live! The property manager is amazing and always helpful whenever I need anything. The entire staff is friendly, professional, and truly cares about the residents. They make the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I’m very happy living here and would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a great place to call home!

Kirra is a great landlord she does a great job keeping these apartments looking great and has done some amazing changes with these apartments with the noise and then the parking and the pool and the property upkeep itself is alot better since I have moved in almost 2 years ago,Kirra treats each and everyone one of us like family and remembers everyones names and is always so kind,I wouldnt want to have my family anywhere else and chris is a huge improvement over the other maintence man we had,He is kind and comes when he says he is going to !He does a great job

Time to fix my review since they browbeat me when I was living there to put it at a 5. Only nice thing I can say is the first apartment manager was kind to us. Now on to the negative. The pool is tiny. Cant even serve 1% of the tenants. Their “big remodel” they did a few years ago was akin to putting lipstick on a pig. The “dog park” is an old tennis court and is never cleaned. Tenants rarely pick up after their dogs. It is disgusting. Drug use is rampant. My wife and I do not smoke marijuana but we came home numerous times over the years with our apartment reeking of it. It made my wife physically ill. And we saw the police there more than would seem appropriate. I wouldnt want to live there with kids. During the height of covid I caught it and my wife and I were in quarantine. Rent happe

My apt at F1 was flooded twice, the ceiling in the the ceiling in the master bathroom fell 3 times and and I was unable to use the bathroom for 2 months, the water heater leaked into the hall and bathroom, and the commode ram for months despite reporting despite reporting the running commode 3 times and the dryer vent went into the ceiling causing my dryer to stop working . Also it took 2 months to get a dishwasher. I was never compensated for all these disasters which were out of my control. The management wants to charge me over $5000. I left on day 12 on December.. i will need account of of the amount that you owe me for all these problems I faced at Apple Villa. I moved because the apartment was damaged due water damage.

My family and I visited over the weekend for a friends birthday, we enjoyed the property. Very well kept, very friendly environment, never seen an apartment complex so clean and put together. We enjoyed the pool, very relaxing, much cleaner that the average public pool. Also very nice basketball goal for the kiddos with a covered eating area. 10/10 recommend. If we ever are looking for a place, this is top of my list. Briefly spoke with the lady in the office, very welcoming vibe, super hands on and willing to help with anything needed for the party. Love that she’s so great and hands on with her tenants along with their guest.
