Apple Run & Deer Park Apartments

please DO NOT MOVE HERE! yes, its a good place to start out at but they don't fix ANYTHING ! my refrigerator doesn't work I've put in many work orders still haven't fixed anything ! my bathroom floor is LITERALLY FALLING IN but I was told there was nothing they could do about it (rotting wood...but ok) they BARELY have inspections and when they do they dont bring the air filters ! walls thin as ever theres no way i should be able to hear a full conversation across the street . breaking my lease and finding somewhere BETTER! WOULDNT GIVE ANY STARS BUT CANT POST WITHOUT HAVING ONE

They have really let these apartment units go, the grounds look horrible, and they are very much lacking upkeep. Even though these apartment units are low income or income based, it definitely doesn't have to look like it. These apartments lack good management and maintenance technicians. I hope they find both soon.

Worst place in the town to live. They are remodeling, but anyone that is on HUD, food stamps, drugs, alcohol, poor management, poor owners, slum Lord's, poor maintenance... I can't think of anything good to say about it. I visited a friend and went to use her bathroom. The door was leaning on the entrance to the bathroom. The kitchen had no cabinet doors. She had to install cameras because of renter's and non-renters knocking on her door and her and her daughters were the only ones living in the building of 4 apts. The maintenance office was on the bottom floor so why wasn't her bathroom door fixed?

My son was murdered there . He was visiting a girlfriend, and was attacked by 10 people, stay away from there. Not the first murder there
