I would like to thank Ms. Brenda for going above and beyond and just being a compassionate person first before being a property manager. I believe that's important. Had a issue in my apartment and her and her husband fixed it immediately. She is always friendly and very funny. Thanks !..

Insanely disgusting apartment complexes, rats and mice infestation everywhere in the buildings. Landlords don't care if something breaks they mark it as completed or not at all and just ignore it. The AC went out and when we told them about it they responded with. "Ours is broken too just put in a window unit." Like what the heck? This place should be shut down or something cause the office people just don't care. Another thing, the front office STINKS to high heaven with dog poop and urine because they let their dogs run around the office it smelt so bad in there. The grass areas are completely covered in dog poop from other tenants not cleaning up after their own dog letting others end up stepping in it cause it was everywhere. I lived there for 2 yrs. awesome place to live. grounds always looked fantastic especially during the spring,summer and fall. lots of beautiful flowers. whenever i had a work order it got done that day and the manager, i think her name is kathy is the friendliest i have ever come across. she tries to go out of her way to make sure you are happy. you will love this place. i plan on going back there when my schooling id done.

I would recommend against moving in to these apartments. They recently hired new management and they do the absolute minimum required. I haven't seen them fix anything since they started. For instance the apartments across the street from where I park had a giant tree fall down and knock over a wooden fence. They haven't done anything with the tree or the fence and it's been like that for over a month or two. Instead of doing the responsible thing (cut up the tree and haul it out and fix the fence), I heard management was considering pushing the tree into the creek which would likely cause flooding. Apple Run Apartments are basically Ghetto..... There is (no) communication from management or maintenance staff. The Theft rate here is off the charts. It is 50% section #8........ We are treated like we are inferior to the staff. I, personally, have had 5 vehicles stolen from my parking area. I have requested the gutters to be repaired or replaced for several years now with nothing evwr being addressed. I built my own patio fence without ever being reimbursed. I installed my own screen door at my expense. I have fallen down the steep hill in front of my place due to lack of proper security needs. These are but a few of the violations Apple Run Apartments are continually violating. I am forced to pay a water bill when no one on Section #8 does. I will add more later once I speak with my te
