Apple Ridge Apartments - Livonia, MI

Everything went so smooth thanks to keymani and ebony. Ebony made my application process so easy and straightforward. Keymani also made my moving process easier. The apartment was better than expected they did a great job at cleaning, repainting and giving me fresh carpet. So far so good I recommend Apple ridge 100%.

I say DO MOVE HERE! With in a YEAR of moving here the every building is getting a new roof, every building hallway, upstairs and downstairs, is getting the carpets cleaned, and the hallways, which are VERY LARGE, painted, bottom is a rich blue and top of the mid molding is a cream white color. New flooring has been put in our laundry room and I assume all the laundry room are getting new flooring too. Jack keeps the pool water pristine and this summer the pool is monitor and residents must have a key card AND an ID band to use the pool. Guests are limited to one or two ONLY. The office staff is professional and friendly. The grounds are beautifully kept. Maintenance is on top of ALL issues.

Don't trust the apartment manager her she is a lier. She said she would call me back in 10 minutes. I waited a half hour a called back. I was sitting in my truck outside the managers office when I called. The other lady picked up and said she left and would not be back for a couple hours. So I went in and the manager was sitting at her desk She is rude, does not care about you once the lease is signed. HORRIBLE MANAGER!!!!! And good luck getting maintenance to come out, 5 requests, no response.

Worst customer service you could ever get. Highly unrecommended. The manager as well as her office team should find another job. Their main job at the office is nothing other than giving the tent the worst experience. Really disappointed. I cannot wait to move out from this place. The only thing I really like about is the maintenance team. Very hardworking people and very friendly.

I had some plumbing issue 2nights before. Called the emergency maintenance number and they sent someone within a few minutes. I mean, I was really impressed how fast it was. And of course big thanks to Jack, my neighbour/maintenance jeenie; for doing all the hard work as always and being there whenever we need, no matter how big or small.
