Apple Property Management LLC

Our HOA switched to this company. I've had multiple problems with the landscapers they're contracted with and every time I try to call someone there, I get sent to a voicemail. I leave a voicemail, no return calls. I get newsletters every now and then from Apple but they come with a donotreply email, so it just feels like this company is designed to make it hard to communicate with anyone. I'm NEVER moving into a neighborhood under an HOA again. I own my home, but I don't feel like I actually own it when their landscapers just come over and do whatever the hell they want to my yard. They've damaged decorations, sprayed plants (not WEEDS), and pulled up entire patches of grass out of my lawn with their zero-turns. Extremely poor communications. We only have 16 units in our commercial condo. Yet, last year, three (that we know of) never received notices of our annual meeting. Gwen refused to take responsibility for her failure to notify owners. Since Apple Management has managed our development , we have experienced nothing but problems.

As others note the communication is terrible. Work orders never get done. Emails are not responded to and when you finally bring it up multiple times they act as if they haven’t been made aware of an issue 🙄. The service is cheaper than other management companies but that’s probably because you get what you pay for. Actually you get way less than you pay for in this case. I urge you to go with someone else if at all possible.

I own a condo at Twin Lakes Spring Valley, and I'm kind of surprised by these lower reviews. I've been here for almost 3 years and my association POC, Bob, is always responsive and my requests are completed in a decent timeframe. And, as someone who has had to work in a professional capacity with other property management offices, Apple is still on top for that too. I think sometimes people forget that Alple has dozens of properties and some things take longer to get done. Idk, I've been fortunate since buying my condo, with the services & communication I've received. Also, during all the snow we got this year, my walkways, driveway and complex streets were excellently cleared/deiced appropriately, which I highly appreciate!

I own a condo in Village at Willow Creek and have lived here 11 years. Gwyn and her staff have always addressed my concerns in a timely and professional manner. Apple has greatly improved the look and value of our complex. We should be very complimentary about this management company as our last company did not do one tenth of what Apple has done and they stole from the complex. Thank you so much Gwyn and staff for the great job you all are doing. Keep it up!
