I've been renting out here for 7 years now. They used to care about their tenants. But I've been waiting upwards of thre years to get things fixed in my apartment and all I've gotten is sad sack excuses why they aren't able to. They sure love that rent money though! If you and your children want a good place ro live, I'd stay far away from apple Glen apartments! I'm literally having paint chops fall on my head while I'm try to cook!
We currently live here at Apple Glen. Same issues as others; management refuses to make necessary repairs and just makes excuses FOR YEARS. We are moving and I urge you to look elsewhere.
Meh, they need to repave their driveways.
Nice, quiet ,well kept lawns, very good maintenance care
