Apple Creek Apartments

Matthew was absolutely amazing on working with me and my fiance on getting our new apartment 😍 on our frest start in life!!! The second chance we definitely needed!! I highly recommend!!! And they let our American pittbull terrier!! They are definitely pet friendly to any and all pets!! Which is hard to find these days. We have a two bedroom and two bathrooms very spacious!! Ac works!! The complex is absolutely beautiful!! Very clean and up kept!! We couldn't be happier here!! It's so quite and peaceful here. We definitely plan in staying here for while!

All apartments have something wrong with them I completely understand that. However this was by far the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. A lady named Patricia had the worst communication ever. When I first moved in my ac was broken and It was more hot on the inside than outside she wasn’t on top of anything. A month passed and yet again the ac broke.. I had to pay for a hotel to live in because I was pregnant and me and my 3 year old couldn’t take it I messaged her this and no response. I’ve made a work order for the sink to be fixed and it has never been fixed I had to look up something and fix it myself. Not to mention there are ROACHES how are you making your residents pay for pest control and it’s infested with roaches inside the walls… absolutely disgusting I didn’t want

I have lived here since June I moved from michigan I have never had so much wronge with a apartment in my life I live in a studio pay 903.00 on time every month to live with no ac no heat a brand new dishwasher that don't work only good office staff left which was janet our maintenance guy john trys but gets list of bullshit to fix before things that need done asap we have asked to move get the run around from office which has went threw so many people in a few months you have no idea who works and don't owners need to come here and get stuff done sick of putting work orders in and waiting months I pay good money for broken shit.

I just wanted to say that Matthew the property manager has been absolutely amazing and accommodating to my needs and expectations. He has went above and beyond. The property has a workout area, playgrounds, swimming pool, pool house, laundry room, basketball court, picnic tables with grills, and even plush lawns, etc. The property is clean and has been a great experience for me coming from house rentals to apartment rentals. Thank you to the staff at Apple Creek Apt!

I have lived at Apple Creek for over 5 years and I plan on staying as long as they will have me. The staff is wonderful and will go above and beyond to help tenants. Patricia, the manager, has always been there for me with whatever I need. Jason and the maintenance staff take care of any issues that come up immediately. The community is safe, clean, and quiet thanks to the staff. If you are looking for a great apartment at a good price I recommend Apple Creek.
