Apple Creek Apartments

I have lived at the Apple creek apartments for 22yrs and one of the reasons I have lived here for so long is the apartment management and how they keep this place safe, nice, and quiet and no crazy trouble around at all. They have always been very helpful and understanding and always quick to fixing any issues I had. They do a great job keeping up with maintenance, pest control and the landscaping. Great place to live and the price for rent is the best around. I Highly recommend Apple Creek.

The Apple Creek Apartments are a hidden gem of a complex nestled in an incredibly convenient part of Round Rock. I-35, 45-Toll Road, AW Grimes, and Downtown Round Rock are all within a 5 minute drive. Despite being so close to the major arteries of Round Rock, the general area is a nice quiet neighborhood. The apartments are incredibly affordable, and are split sort of duplex style between downstairs and upstairs. There's nothing higher than the second floor and the stairs for the upstairs units are inside the apartment. The apartments were built in the mid '80s, but they're well-maintained, clean, and comfy. The complex is privately owned by a husband-wife duo, they handle the management and maintenance and they're incredibly kind and easy to get along with. I've been here two years and I

I lived at Apple Creek Apartments for nine years, and if it weren't for my growing family needing a three-bedroom unit (which they unfortunately don't offer beyond two bedrooms), I'd still be calling it home. From the moment I moved in, the community felt welcoming and well-maintained—the grounds are always pristine. The management team was responsive and friendly; any maintenance requests were handled quickly and professionally, often within the same day. Rent was reasonable for the area, and the location couldn't be better—close to shopping, schools, and major highways without the noise of a busy urban spot. Apple Creek truly felt like a home, not just a rental. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, reliable place to live—especially singles, couples, or small families

Quiet, affordable and well maintained. Any maintenance issues that I have ever had were addressed immediately. Friendly and caring staff. Great place to live!

The office staff are very childish here ! My friend currently stays here. And my God mother was coming for the holidays. Due to her having a past with an office staff member they said she could stay on the premises at all. I personally feel like your personal feelings shouldn’t be brought to work. And if a resident wants a friend to stay 1-2 nights it shouldn’t be an issue because an office staff doesn’t like them over a guy and past childish problems. All over feel like if you move here you have to stay on your toes. Which isn’t cool. Don’t recommend this place until they get new management.
