I truly enjoyed living here. It’s a very quiet and peaceful place, perfect if you value comfort and calm. The manager, Diana, is amazing — always helpful, responsive, and genuinely cares about residents. You can always count on her support. Parking is extremely convenient, with spots located right in front of the apartment, which makes everyday life much easier. The neighbors are friendly, respectful, and create a warm community atmosphere. This is also a very pet-friendly place — animals are truly welcomed and loved here. Unfortunately, I had to move due to personal reasons, but if I ever had the opportunity, I would definitely come back without hesitation. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant home. 🫶🫶🫶

Appian Terrace was a lovely place to live for several years. Unforunately, a new owner purchased the property and hired SG Real Estate to manage the property, and it is a lovely place no longer. SG Real Estate does not respond to tenant concerns. I often get no response to my e-mails. SG is incapable of handling the properties they have been asked to manage. They will not put a property manager on site so no one is monitoring what tenants are putting in the dumpster area. We have had trash piled high for weeks. A pile of furniture sits in the parking lot regularly. Furniture was thrown over the fence into the neighbor's yard. They state that it will take 5-8 days for non-emergency work orders which then causes problems to pile up. Several tenants had our rents raised last month but SG didn

It’s difficult to get a hold of anybody, nobody in the office ever returns calls. Please dont waste your time or money.
