Appalachian Mountain & Lake Properties: Sandra Daley 764 US HWY 64 West Murphy

We've been working with Sandra for about six months, looking for property in the Murphy/Franklin area. My wife and I are quite undecided on what we actually want, and Sandra has been more than accommodating. She has shown us numerous properties, all over the area, and has been very patient with our indecisiveness. In addition, since we are fairly inexperienced with rural properties, Sandra has been continually educating us with things like wells, septic systems and restricted vs. unrestrictive properties. We will continue to work with her until we find what we are looking for, and would readily recommend her to others in need of an agent who will give that personal touch.

Sandy has been our realtor since 2003! We have purchased four properties from her over the years and sold three with her assistance.
