My husband & I flew up from Florida with our friend/realtor to look at some property. Our Florida real estate agent/friend arranged a local agent, Joey Reid to work with us. Joey, was wonderful, kind, knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. My husband and I really enjoyed driving around with him looking at properties with him. He took some extra time showing us around downtown Murphy. Everyone in the office was just as kind! I highly recommend having Appalachian Land Company helping you find or build your next property.

Talked to James Williams on Friday, he said he was busy with school duties, but could show me a house he had listed on Saturday. I called and left message, texted for an appointment but no response. He never responded. My wife was excited about the challenge and prospect of doing a fixer upper. James told us the owners were living in Florida and were at an age they could no longer do the work required to bring the house back to life. I guess both owner and buyer lose out on this deal due to the lack of professionalism on Appalachian Land Company.
