I would stay clear of this company if you are buying or selling a property. I was interested in three properties, I reached out through realtor sites... nothing... I reached out to the individual agent email... nothing.... then reached out via the business' email. I finally got a response but just copies of 2 out of the 3 property's MLS pages which didn't tell me anything I didn't already know. I re-reached out with questions and they just replied "call me". I have a severe anxiety condition and jumping on a phone call is outside of my comfort zone. My family is trying to find a real estate agent to help us move from our starter home to our forever home. We bought a house after we moved back to the area. I had text Nea a couple weeks before we moved and told her there were two houses that we were interested in but the problem was neither was for sale. Three weeks after we arrive in Ohio, Nea calls me and tells me she has our house. The owner contacted her the night before and said they are moving out of state. She took us for a walk thru the following day and worked with us every step of the way. Her name is on most real estate sales in this area for a reason. She works harder than most people half her age and is very experienced in real estate. If you want to buy a house in the area I highly recommend Nea for your realtor!

Rented a 2 bedroom apartment in Jackson in 8/2020 and departed 11/2021 per the terms of the Lease.
