⭐☆☆☆☆ Very Disappointed – Unfair and Unprofessional Experience We lived in an apartment managed by Apna Ghar Realty in New Jersey for 5 years. Everything was fine until we moved out — after leaving the place clean and following all rules, they refused to return our security deposit. Instead, they threatened us with a court notice, claiming cleaning and garbage charges, even though they already deducted that amount from our deposit. This kind of behavior is unethical and unprofessional. It’s really disappointing, especially after being such long-term tenants. I do not recommend for each n every indian who renting from Apna Ghar Realty — please be very careful and make sure everything is clearly written before you move in or out. It’s a good place. Pratik we live together on his property and i know very well every month pest control person visit of our rental property. If sometimes we got a problem and when we discuss those problem with apna ghar reality they could took some certain actions at a time. Nicely, he talk with us and he agree with us to give security deposit but we need to follow up according to proper procedure..you heard the problem and you took action is not a proper way.. we can try to solve this problem. I also live with you and i didnot have any problem.. So overall my experience for this property is well good.. i am not suffering any type of problem with his rental property.. Thank you

I’ve had a great experience as a tenant with Apna Ghar Realty. Their service is reliable, and the staff is friendly and cooperative. The houses are well-maintained and always kept clean. They do a great job with property upkeep, ensuring the backyard is neatly trimmed in the summer and keeping walkways de-iced during the winter. House is in pristine condition and very big and spacious with big windows, additionally I truly appreciate their professionalism and responsiveness. Highly recommend!
