Absolutely terrible company. We rented from them for 2 years and throughout the time maintenance was appalling with their demeanor. The work done was fine but they were incredibly rude and passive aggressive, at times hostile. Waited for over 2 weeks to get a new fridge forcing us to shop for groceries every couple days. Pinned the fridge on my family because the compressor went out. Cockroaches and mice were abundant (10th and Spruce). A fire was caused by maintenance team forcing us to relocate. CEO is 30 years old and I'm convinced all these "good reviews" are fabricated by his buddies. Save your stress and go with another company to rent from. I rented a unit from APM real estate for nearly 4 years and cannot express how great of an experience it was. Their responsiveness and helpfulness with any maintenance issues was great and their accommodating nature was even better. I highly recommend APM if you’re looking to rent in Philadelphia.

I've lived in APM's property for over a decade and they are the main reason I stay. It's not always easy to find a decent, let alone great, landlord but APM has proven to be that. They are honest, responsive, quick, communicative, helpful and care for their properties with respect (a historic building in my case). Any concerns or issues I've had have been addressed and handled immediately and thoroughly. Their entire team has been a pleasure all these years. I highly recommend!

I’ve rented with APM for six years across multiple apartments, and they’ve been there for everything—late-night lockouts, blizzards, you name it. Their maintenance team must have some top-secret portal technology because by the time you turn around, it’s already fixed. The staff is kind, responsive, and genuinely cares, making the entire renting process easy and stress-free. I’m also convinced everyone who does showings for APM is a part-time stand-up comic with a Philadelphia trivia database downloaded directly into their brains. Renting with APM has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. HIGHLY recommend!

APM is by far the best and ONLY honest people I found while I was looking for an apartment in Center City. Their buildings and apartments are well kept. I was also impressed with the maintenance team. The year I spent in one of their apartments was a pleasure. I have now left the city and I hope to find people with the integrity of APM wherever I land.
