APM Leasing & Property Management

We have rented a mobile home from my cousin for 4 years..there was absolutely no problems at all..until I agreed to work on my cousins house that she has been building for approximately ten to fifteen years..I agreed to work for payment of the monthly rent and did so for 7 or 8 months..I decided to settle any overage work from discussion one day and my cousin agreed .the next day before I could even say good morning..she comes out of the bedroom that they live in screaming..yall owe us $2,750 DOLLARS!!! ...Now here's the problem..I was doing work..not paying her to work on her house..I owned a small construction company for years and I've never nor heard of anyone working on someone's house and pay the person money while working on their house..the verbal agreement was that the monthly ren

We tried for weeks to get a tour of other them for the Glen Park apartments. We finally scheduled something and I will give it to them it was the Tuesday before Christmas so asking to reschedule was fine the first time. The agent asked if Friday afternoon would be alright and I agreed to Friday at 2. So Friday rolls along and we show up at two no one is there looking like a leasing agent. I give them a call after waiting a bit longer just assuming they hadn’t arrived yet. The first women we spoke to sounded confused and asked if I could wait for a second while she figured it out and I said that was fine. She came back and asked if it would be alright if we rescheduled. I asked if I could know why because this was the second time. She said I’m going to put you through to the agent and the a

If i could give a half star I will , very unprofessional, I just got in here , dirty roach infested apartment, signed my lease early, I wanted to go into another property same rent amount , i would’ve took less space , Tori claim to need to talk to a lawyer about it, I can see if I wanted out of my lease I just wanted a different property, but I never heard back from her and who does business over txt messages, like I said unprofessional!! Don’t waste your time, money with these people, I’m only telling a part of the story!!If u see a place that these people are over , I’d advise you to Skip Over it!!Awful!!

Definitely do not recommend! Just because I have my family dogs here sometimes they say I have a dog and trying to say I need to pay the pet deposit really OK we will see. I think you need to be aware of APM and if you are any kind of professional person and have any kind of credit rating and any kind of rental references you need to Run and runs fast from APM I will definitely be running in three weeks and running fast. I don’t need their references so I don’t care if I get my deposit. I will see them in court. The pictures in the times stamp in the vet records show everything so I’m not worried they’re slumlords they’re liars so beware. This rental agency is horrible. The maintenance team lies. Please take pictures and videos when you move into a place and when you move out no matter how nice people appear to be. When it comes to the love of money you never know who you can trust cause the devil is deceptive intelligence rationalizing disobedience. Peace be unto you!!!
