If you’re considering APG to manage your property, I strongly urge you to reconsider. The property management is beyond unprofessional particularly Jennie, who has demonstrated poor attitude, lack of accountability, and zero initiative since day one. Parking is a nightmare. For over three years, I have consistently brought up the same issues: customers have no parking, cars block my storefront for hours, and absolutely nothing has been done to resolve it. Meanwhile, tenants are hit with rising TICAM charges and unnecessary fees every year with no improvements to show for it. Jennie has shown no leadership, no professionalism, and no genuine concern for the tenants or the condition of the property. She has even come into my salon arguing in front of clients, which is completely unacceptab

Baxter truly went above and beyond with finding the right space. From the beginning he worked within my company's budget to find the best space for the money while taking our "wish list" into consideration. Baxter offered his opinion and was extremely insightful when looking at properties and was able to spot things in the space that I would not have caught on my own. Once we located an office space we were up against a tight deadline to host an important corporate event at the new office. Finding the right place for your business is crucial and the Raleigh area can be overwhelming especially if you're the owner of a small company. The good news is that I was looking for a bigger space now for my business with a bigger warehouse space that we use as a showroom so I needed natural light and clean finishing. This part was more important than the office space. I had been looking for a space like the one Baxter found us for 3 years now and with 2 previous realtor with no luck. It only took Baxter 2 showings!!! He is so easy to work with, easy to relate to and listens to what we really need within our budget. We could not be happier and hope to reach out to him again in 5 years for an even bigger space!! (maybe sooner!!)
