DO NOT MOVE HERE!👎🏻 I lived in this complex for three and a half years, and it has been an absolute disaster. There is zero security—the front gate has NEVER worked. Trash pickup depends completely on whether the valet workers feel like doing their job that day. You pay over $60 for the service, yet they collect it whenever they want. My apartment was full of mold, and no matter how many times I called maintenance, nothing was fixed properly. After five calls, all they did was wipe it with vinegar. The pool is always dirty, the grill never works, and the gym is covered in dust. The office staff is no help either. Kendra just laughs as if she understands your complaint but never does anything. Living at Apex South Creek has undoubtedly been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. For someone like me, whose lifestyle philosophy centers around balance, wellness, daily healthy routines, and a deep connection with the environment, finding a place I could truly call home was essential and that’s exactly what I’ve found here over the past three wonderful years. Apex is not just a residential complex it’s an urban sanctuary. A place where the city noise fades away and gives space to serenity, peace, and genuine harmony. ⭐☆☆☆☆ My experience with this complex was extremely frustrating. I left the apartment completely clean and freshly painted, fulfilling all my responsibilities, yet my security deposit was returned 4 months later. During that time, I had to go in person multiple times to claim my money, and each time I was told the same thing: “come back in 15 days.” This not only wasted my valuable time but also cost me money. The lack of organization, communication, and professionalism is unacceptable. I do not recommend this place under any circumstances; their handling of deposits and customer service is deplorable

* RUN AWAY * - This place has HORRIBLE customer service! You can call in January and won't hear back until you go in person or it's time to renew your lease. In addition, they will rack up random fees on your account when you move out just to get a pay day. I would not recommend this apartment place, if you value your peace go elsewhere.

I Do Not Recomend This Place to live ! Besides the Great location of the complex , but the customer service is terrible. I’ve been waiting three months for them to return my deposit, and they’ve made me come to the office three different times—each time the manager was not there. Calling the office doesn’t help either because no one answers the phone. The facilities also aren’t in good shape due to a lack of proper maintenance.
