Apex on the River

I really enjoy living here! Krystal and Jasmine in the office are amazing. They’re always timely and show care when something comes up, or when we need assistance. They’re very professional and kind, and so is the maintenance team. The area is quiet, grounds are clean, and they even have little parties at the office to celebrate holidays like pie at the office before Thanksgiving. They also put up cute Christmas lights and ornaments on trees in the complex! Their Instagram isn’t just a show, it’s a true depiction of what it’s like here. I also love that they make everyone have updated registrations with cars, take parking seriously, and also make sure your pets are up to date on vaccines before you move in. It shows they care about responsibility and accountability with their tenants. A

Me and my wife have been here for almost three months and we really like it. It’s quiet and the grounds are kept clean. The staff is really courteous and professional. Also the maintenance team, I say wassup to them every time I see them. And Jasmine in the office has been great ever since the application process.

I’ve been living here for about five months now, and everything has been great — the community is clean, quiet, and well maintained. The maintenance team is always quick to respond whenever I submit a request, and they do an excellent job. I’m really happy to live here with such a wonderful operations and office staff. I have leased with Apex on the River for 2 years now. I love the location of this property. I love the style and comfort of my apartment. The agents are very responsive to my concerns and any inquiries. All of my maintenance issues have been addressed in a timely and efficient manner. The only reason I did not give this property a 5 is because I would like to see some type of loyalty program instituted for tenants who pay rent consistently on time, who keeps their unit in above average condition, respect property guidelines, etc. It would go a long way in garnering good relations and lend to tenured renters if there was a loyalty program in which rent was not increased every lease signing.
