Apex on Quality Hill Apartments

I have lived in Apex since January 2022 so I have been here almost 6 months exactly! Overall, I have had a really awesome experience living here so far and I love the location and the Quality Hill neighborhood. Pros: Very sleek and modern apartments and they spacious and clean, nice granite countertops, very safe complex, great amenities with a gym and a pool, optional garage parking, maintenance has resolved every issue I have ever had within 2 days max, staff is attentive and friendly, complex is in walking distance from several bars and restaurants, very friendly and respectful neighbors, large balconies, etc. Cons: location wise it is very close to train tracks that run 24/7 so it can be a bit noisy during WFH or if you’re a light sleeper, windows need to be updated due to minor leak

I love Apex! I have a large (845 sq.ft.) 1br/1ba unit. Living here is just fantastic. It's hard to tell but they have a great covered heated garage under each building, I did not worry about warming my car all winter. Its safe, restricted access into the building and community space, and butterfly guest access system where I can see on my phone, who is at the door before buzzing them in. Controlled 24hr access, package room with the Luxor lockers. My apt is beautiful, it feels like a home with full size front load washer and dryer. My unit faces the west and I get beautiful sunsets on my huge patio. The staff is friendly and responsive, they throw awesome events like our end of summer pool party with a DJ lots of food and drinks, national lollypop day and sponsored happy hours at nearby ba

A pool and a balcony downtown was all I wanted and Apex has both! Christina has made living here a joy. I’ve had a friend since day one!

One of the best apartments in downtown. I lived here for almost 3 years and the management make you feel at home. Kelly and her team were awesome throughout my whole stay. Maintenance was quick to take care of service requests. Area was safe and the amenities are a 10/10. Views from the gym was one of the best things about this apartment. Would recommend if you are willing to live in downtown and if one of your turnoff’s is parking in downtown, there is free street parking that is safe and gated parking as well.

Just moved in and I'm obsessed. The neighborhood is so cute and quiet, yet just a stone's throw from Broadway and all the downtown things. Surface lot parking is included, but I find it more convenient to park on the street, where I can always find a spot and feel totally safe (as much as anywhere) leaving my car. No fresh broken window glass in the street every day like other areas of downtown. My unit is updated and clean, and the few minor maintenance requests I've made were resolved within a day. Leasing staff have been helpful, responsive, and kind (thanks, Stephan!), and even the residents I've met have been warm and welcoming. I love the package system, love the door system, love the gym, love the pool table / shuffleboard table, and can't wait to love the heated pool in a few
