Amazing apt complex with a amazing staff. Move in was a breeze Luis, Ashley and Vanessa were super helpful! The maintenance team so far has been fantastic. Had one issue with my apt when we moved in but it was taken care of the same day🔥 thanks storm and Joey!

I’ve lived at Apex Apartments for quite some time now and will definitely be renewing my lease because I’ve been consistently satisfied with the overall experience; the few maintenance issues I’ve encountered were handled quickly and efficiently, the management office does a great job keeping residents informed about updates and activities around the property, and I truly appreciate that leasing agent Ashley Ybarra has taken resident feedback seriously by promising additional lighting and tree lighting throughout the community as well as having a security guard on site, which makes me feel even more comfortable and confident living here.

I’ve lived at APEX Apartments for 5 years now, and it’s truly been a great experience! 🌟 The office staff made my recent unit transfer so smooth and stress free. Their professionalism and kindness really stand out. I’m especially happy that Vanessa and Ashley confirmed exterior lighting will be added this month, which shows how much the team cares about resident comfort and safety. Highly recommend APEX to anyone looking for a well-managed, welcoming community!

I’ve lived here at Apex (formerly Blanco Crossing) for almost 10 years and my daughter also lived here from 2013-2018. The office staff has always been extremely helpful (with one exception of new staff that came in for a short time in 2017-thank gosh they were not here long!) and my maintenance requests have always been addressed promptly. Our maintenance staff are simply amazing and our manager and office staff are extremely helpful and accommodating especially when I needed some work done in my apartment. I upgraded to a 2 bedroom about 5 years ago and per the usual make ready, my counters were refinished. The person who was contracted to do the work (by previous management) did an absolutely horrible job. Within a month of moving in, the grey finish was coming off revealing the former

Apex Apartments is extremely misleading when it comes to pricing. Their website shows units listed with wide rent ranges (for example, $599–$745 with “specials available”), but when you actually inquire, those prices are suddenly not honored. People are told rent will be prorated or discounted, then once it’s time to apply or move forward, that information magically changes. for example, LUIS said they don’t prorate and then a lady named VANESSA said they did prorate on a tour in person, and ANGELICA said they messed up on on the prices quote on quote a “glitch” but was not a glitch when i went in person?They could not acknowledge there mistake like it was my wrong doing. So everything is just misleading and I don’t like when people lie because I do know quite a lot about renting propert
