Apartments at Urbana

This is a great place to live , it's quiet , good location , home of the climbers , moving in was easy and smooth , my son loves it here ,he loves having his own place and so do I , been a pretty awesome experience. Very clean and when it snowed someone shoveled the pathway which was very nice . And appreciated. 😁the manager is pretty awesome too . 👍🏻

This place is a joke. We had 11 mice in two weeks and all they said was “you’ll have to wait for the colony to die” and gave us rat traps. There’s also mold everywhere! On top of it all, we PAID a professional to clean our apartment and STILL after 60 days have not received our deposit back. We were loyal tenants and always on time. Do not move here!

Received daily emails to schedule a tour, once the same day and once "within a few days". I schedule through the website and was told they had nothing for weeks. I wanted to move long before that so despite their persistence, I went elsewhere. It seems so odd to turn away someone you asked to come in, who had the opportunity to move in quickly. For them, it must be nice to be so full but I would stop the emails and online scheduling.

I would recommend this place to live my move in progress from start to finish was very smooth and easy management was very helpful and friendly.I also have nothing but good things to say about maintenance the few small things I have needed done were done rather quickly, not too mention everyone seems to act like a village and very helpful to one another here.

We helped our son move into his first apartment, he loves the quite location, and its close to his new job. The manager was very helpful when we were on our tour.
