Apartments at The Sound: Leasing Center

We had a wonderful 2 and a half years living at The Sound! The property is beautiful, safe and well taken care of. The management and maintenance teams are quick to respond and are always so kind and helpful! The maintenance team is especially quick to respond to issues and they are always able to fix things quickly. Thank you to The Sound team for taking such great care of us. We will miss being residents at your community but we are excited to be moving to a house for the first time!

The amenities are fantastic and really make living here enjoyable, everything is well maintained. One thing that really stands out is how responsive the staff is. Anytime I’ve needed something fixed or had a maintenance request, someone was out right away to take care of it. I also have to mention Danielle in the leasing office. She is absolutely wonderful and truly great at her job. Danielle goes above and beyond to keep residents happy and make sure everyone feels taken care of. We applied for a specific unit and were clearly told it would be held for us while they resolved identification issues within their system. We waited over a week for our application to be processed, and during that time, we received virtually no proactive communication. We had to reach out ourselves for updates about 90% of the time. After a week and a half of waiting, the only update we received was a phone call informing us that the unit had already been rented to someone else. No accountability, just Danielle giving us the run around and false hopes when the unit was gone the whole time. Over the next week, we attempted to work with them on two other available units.
