Apartments at the Schoolhouse

Really the only nice thing about the place is the location with the montour trail and T right outside. I know it is an apartment but these walls are seriously paper thin. Units are pretty small for the $ they are charging.

After searching for my first apartment for months I came across Library School apartments and honestly can say this place is a gem. The location is great, the T is literally across the street, there are bars and restaurants in walking distance and South Park shopping plaza is 3 miles away, you really have everything you need. The Montour Trail abuts the complex with a large green space, the grounds are very well maintained and during the winter they are on top of snow removal and salting the side walks. The variety of apartments they offer from 1 bedroom to 3 bedroom apartments, they have something for everyone and the apartments themselves are modern and spacious. The interior of the building has wide halls and is well maintained, it doesn't smell like other locations I visited. I

My new apartment is amazing. Love the open concept! The area is so convenient for my hiking. Tina was my agent and she was very awesome and efficient! Maintenance was quick to fix the small issues. Highly recommend

Was really excited to be a prospective tenant here but it’s been 3 days since I’ve viewed this apartment and have still yet to receive an application. There is no way sending an application should be this hard even if you guys are busy. Every apartment I have toured in the area either emailed me while I was still there or within 30 minutes of my tour. I was persistent with trying to get a hold of someone to get me one and explain the process but have realized if this is any indication of how requests of tenants are handled then it’s best I don’t rent here. As I entered the building I also heard a current tenant trying to get a hold of the woman that was giving me the tour say “I have asked 5 times for….” This was a red flag for me but the woman giving the tour was nice and I absolutely fel

Good place in budget stay, any maintenance related concerns will be taken care of immediately. Only concern is the limited laundry machines
