Apartments at Kingsridge I & II

Don’t applied to this apartment complex. They have bad attitude. Take your money order and lie so bad. I applied for a 2 bedroom apartment last year and every time I called they i keep hearing different stories. I called they a month straight and kept telling me the same thing. One girl told me that she’s waiting for my background check to came back. Days later I called back and than she going to tell me “oh I’m still waiting for your background check and plus it’s a holiday coming up. So I stop calling them. So I called today and the lady said “I will need to reapply for apartment with 2 bedrooms.” But turns out they don’t have any apartments available at the moment. I was trying to be patient with them but they push my buttons to the point I had to give them a review.

Only three stars because I stay across the street from the apartments. However, from what I’ve seen they are nice apartments from the outside and the neighborhood is nice. It’s peaceful and quiet, and it also has a pond out front where ducks and geese swim around

I applied for an apartment in the beginning of the month of June this year, I was already It would be months before they get back with an approval, Which was cool because my lease wasn’t up until the end of July, So I thought or assume everything would be ready for me to move in, I haven’t heard back from no one.
