Apartments At Bel Air

I am so grateful to live here. I have never encountered a problem in my two years living here. Maintnence is incredible. Anytime you have a problem they come out right away and they are extremely friendly. My younger daughter loves to watch when they fix things, theyve all been so kind to her. One young man came in and fixed something in our bathroom and saw my daughters toy was broke and tried to fix that. The office staff is amazing!!! Sara is incredible. Shes helped me several times with my apartment and I am so grateful to her. If you're looking for a great community to live in, this is a wonderful home. Good schools and neighbors. The apartments themselves are so clean and have everything you need including a good lay out and space. I would highly recommend living in this community

I’ve been in my apartment here for 3 years now. When I first moved in, it was called Seasons and there weren’t the greatest reviews but I decided to take the chance. Since the change in management companies, I have noticed a very big, but good, difference. Every staff member is friendly. Maintenance is phenomenal and quick to address any issues. The lawn care is frequent in the summer and keeps the area looking nice. There’s also snow removal in the winter on the sidewalks. They have staff members outside collecting trash often. The halls/stairwells are cleaned and vacuumed multiple times a week. The leasing office communicates things tenants should know and in advance, keeping everyone in the loop. Honestly, I couldn’t ask for a better experience. Not everyone has the same experience but

From a 3-year resident: (1) Because of my own needs, I had zero flexibility on my move-in date. I did not allow time for any remodeling before I moved in. But the landlord did a great job deep-cleaning the apartment before I moved in. (2) The landlord stays on top of the common areas. Stairwells are clean. Parking lot is kept free of debris (makes my tires happy). Mowing and trimming on a regular schedule. Snow and ice are removed promptly. (3) All of my maintenance requests (in-sink grinder, glass door blinds, malfunctioning smoke detector, broken mailbox lock) have been addressed promptly and to my satisfaction. (4) Occasionally a new tenant thinks no one notices (suffers from) their smoking pot in the building. Not sure how it happens, but each and every one of those problem tenants has

i HAVE LIVED HERE SINCE 2019 ITS A WONDERFUL PLACE TO LIVE THE OFFICE STAFF ARE FRIENDLY AND COURTEUOS AND THE NEIGHBORS ARE QUIET AND FRIENDLY. I WOULD RECOMMEND ANYONE WHO WANTS TO LIVE HERE. ITS A WELL KNIT COMMUNITY, CONSIDER BEL AIR APARTMENTS THERES PLENTY TO DO IN THE SUMMER MONTHS SWIMMING, FITNESS TRAINING. PET FRIENDLY. THE MAINTENANCE WORKERS KEEP THE APARTMENTS AND OUTDOOR LOOKING FRESH DOING THE THE SUMMER AND SPRING TIME AND THE DRIVEWAYS ARE SHOVELED IN THE WINTER.

I have to say, The Apartments at Bel Air has been one of the best places I have ever rented. If you need a place to rent this is your place!! They will let you pay half your rent on the 1st and give you extended time to pay the 2nd half before the end of the month. Love it here!
